You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please refer to the list below for criteria of returning an order:
1.Returned items must be unused, undamaged, returned intact with original materials. Special ordered or custom items cannot be returned.
2.It is important that you fully inspect and count your cartons “before” you sign for them. If you have shortages, damages, or problems, you should note this on the delivery receipt.
3.If you have visible damage on any portion of your order, you should refuse those boxes that are damaged. Look for crushed corners, wetness, and punctures. If the delivery contains equipment, please inspect all parts of the equipment before signing. If a full inspection is not possible, please make a note on the bill of lading that you will inspect at a later time (must be within 24 hours of receipt).
4.Returns must be initiated within the first 30 days of receipt. Any orders that have passed the 30 day return window are ineligible for returns through Toy Models Sales Shop.
